Gas Chamber "Modern Vision of the Erect Nightmare" EP 6 €
Gas Chamber emerges from the murky depths of the rusted end times to unleash "The Modern Vision of the Erect Nightmare". Pushing the boundaries of their dark vision even further by integrating their experimental side more directly into their compositions, this 13 minute piece wraps itself around both sides of a 7" EP with a vicious grip. A multi faceted wretch that heaves itself through ashen swamps and apocalyptic sinkholes of dark powerviolence and twisted grim noise. Soundscapes of mechanical clicks and groans give way to bass driven crusty anthems only to retreat back into caves of filth and the tortured agonizing screams of the truly damned. These are the cursed days. For fanatics only.
When i first heard the four songs of this EP, i was completely blown away. I have knownthis band since they started in 2009 and really liked all their former (split-)releases, but thesongs on this newest EP is by far the best i've heard of them, possibly the best i have heard recently in general. I got to known them personally last summer while being on tour with finisterre and then later when they went on tour with Remek and stopped by in cologne to play an amazing and impressive show. This was the point, i just had to ask them to release their new EP. So now, i'm completely stoked to help releasing this wonderful small piece of vinyl, that actually already came out as a 120pc-tour-edition. Hailing from Olomouc/Praha (Czech Republic), GATTACA play emo and black metal informed political hardcore/crust with conviction and fire most bands wish they had. The EP starts with a wonderfully solemn cello intro, before it blends into an epic monument of music, based on indescribable ripping melodic guitar-riffs and headed by brutal female vocals. If you need references: REMAINS OF THE DAY, MADAME GERMEN, SCHIFOSI...

With their new release, 'BLIGHT', THE GREEN RIVER BURIAL for the first time showcase a dark and groovy sound that stands out from all their previous releases. Hereby, the 2-track EP which comes as an artfully designed 7" vinyl introduces first chapter of a concept-project, which is to be continued on the approaching full length release
Grim Vision was founded 2013 in Hamburg Germany with the goal to play a furious mix of hardcore and dark metal. After releasing the first 7 inch in 2014 the band went on to play live shows everywhere in germany and writing new songs for a follow up release. The three tracks of the new EP were recorded @ 48Volt Studios by Phillip Salm and mastered @ the Tonmeisterei Oldenburg by Role. The songs carry on the idea of poem based lyrics about destruction, WAR and AGONY caused by humanity in the 19th and 20th century.
The history of the past two centuries is characterized by blood, sweat, oil and great changes in the world. Two brutal world wars, industrialization and urbanization have left their mark on the
art of the 19th and 20th centuries. The poetry of this time is what inspired Grim Vision for „With those who favor fire” – the first release of the Hamburg-based fourpiece.
Grim Vision combine Hardcore, Death Metal and Black Metal to a furious but raw mixture. The members have been active in the scene and various bands (Gentlemens Sports, Bricktop, Suckapunch, Obyra, Back In Time) for a long time. Their lyrics deal with the abyss of human beings and the incarnation of evil in the world.
After 15 years, GOMORRHA are back again. And they are really interested to doing a new EP. The band (few of them are now in CALIBAN, SRTK and BLOODATTACK) enter the Nemesis Studios by Marc Görtz early 2015 for 3 weeks and recording 4 infernal new tracks in the same intention as years ago. The recordings are similar to bands like Pig Destroyer, Assück or Phobia taken ... so nothing else we all those years ago
This is the debut release from this mysterious Southampton (on the south coast of England) quintet. Imagine an unholy meeting between Oxbow, The Jesus Lizard and the Stooges in the philosophy / adult aisle of your local library, and you might be halfway there.
Unstoppable death metal units Graveyard and Crucifyre return this spring with a brand new split-7″ EP. GRAVEYARD is covering DARKTHRONE´s `In the shadow of the horns´ while CRUCIFYRE paying their respects to MORBID ANGEL with expressing their version of `Funerals´. This 7″EP will be limited to 500 units on black vinyl.
Daighila from Malaysia deliver two tracks of early Envy inspired hardcore mixed with some Neil perry in the mix. You know the stuff when screamo wasn’t a curse word yet and this sort of music was delivered by punks. Well. It’s still around. Hectic, fast, melodic and with passion. This will be Grinding Halt’s 2nd split 7” this year and here they deliver their longest and heaviest track to date. Three riffs is all it takes really. Think Eyehategod with heavy distorted vocals. Blunt and without any thrills.
Finaly some Grinding Halt vinyl again. Here showing some of the slower side of their set. Two songs of which one is somewhat of a noisy hc song while the 2nd has 90's mosh written all over it. On the flip side there's Diet Pills insanity. Hints of Dystopia and Jesus Lizard thrown in a blender. It's so heavy it makes you wonder how it would fit on the vinyl. Great dutch/uk team up!
