It has been heavily inspired by the late Iain M. Banks’ concept of Sublimation, as explored in the master’s final sci-fi novel, “The Hydrogen Sonata”.
It is Dephosphorus’ 4th full-length album and it presents a few notable differences compared to the rest of their discography, which are up to the audience to find out.
Old allies of the band have joined forces for the physical release: Selfmadegod (Poland) for the CD, 7 Degrees Records (Germany) and Nerve Altar (USA) for the black vinyl edition which includes a poster, with a clear version of 100 copies reserved for pre-orders (both black and clear versions have been pressed to 180g wax).
Last but not least, the record’s atmosphere has taken visual shape thanks to Viral Graphics.

Dawn heist's brand new album 'Catalyst' explores the concept of reality in 3 different forms. DEAD FLESH FASHION is Germany’s Hardcore/Sludge monster! They deliver a real brutal full length with “Anchors”. There already was a killer demo recorded earlier, but it’s nothing compared to this masterpiece. 11 songs of pure brutalness combined with some more quiet & atmospheric parts. You directly dive into this record with the first song and you get the impression of what’s still coming. Heavy guitars, insane bass playing and, holy shit, a distorting, unique voice. Their live shows are unbelievable. If you’re on one side into The Secret, the old heavy parts of Cult Of Luna, The Ocean and stuff like that and on the other into the grooves of Coalesce there’s no chance to not like this sweet record. The guys just finished recording their second full length called “Thorns”, so be sure to have an eye on this band. Highly recommended.

"Hell Storms Over Earth" is the final statement in what was Depressor's glorious late 90's/early 00's "crust era", when the band abandoned the polished and well-produced Godflesh-worshiping drum machine-based industrial metal sound of its early and mid 90's beginnings (as seen in the iconic "Filth" and "Grace" demo releases) and opted to home-record everything thereafter on a four track recorder and steer their sound toward a more death metal/crust hybridized sound influenced by bands like Amebix, Celtic Frost, GISM, Voivod, Discharge and Napalm Death. This move pushed the band's sound over the edge into a void of despair and yielded a blown out low end dirty sound of utmost rawness and hatred. These are not only long lost or downright never before heard tracks from a legendary Bay Area cult band then at the forefront of change and renovation, but a priceless document of their times, a snapshot of an era long gone and forgotten, and a window opened into a time of turmoil and struggle which yielded some of the most dark, visionary and thought-provoking punk/metal hybridizations of our times.

If Desolatevoid’s debut, Self Medicated Psycho Therapy (2006), contained enough filthy groove to be the aural equivalent of dipping your toes in a used colostomy bag the size of Lake Superior, its follow up, No Sign of Better Times, will find the listener fully submerged. Allow opening track, “Isolation Embrace,” to be the unexpected violent shove from behind that sends you careening from the relative safety of the shore into the stench and the muck. It is a song as fast and remorseless as a down swing in today’s Stock Market. Lyrics are awash in paranoia, alienation, and rage. Andy's vocals display more of a range this time, while somehow managing to sound even more bestial. The rhythm section of Tim (drums) and Nick (bass) is driving and tight. And the riffs and leads, laid down by newcomer Stolp and veteran Brent K., are heavy and contagious (the spectre of founding member Patrick Sova all over this album). In fact, this album is a 30-minute summation of the last 30 years of heavy metal. There’s the doomy groove of “Crimes Against My Sanity” (clever), the jet black punk junk of “Wreckage of Yesterday,” the black metal flourishes of “Way Past Wits End,” the classic death/grind opening and thrashy breakdown of “Fucked and Furious,” and surprise of surprises, the NWOBHM riff spread throughout the album’s opus, “Amongst the Scattered Pills.” It’s Metal History 101, kids. Get off the bit torrents.
